Baking is our legacy.
I grew up on a kitchen counter — flour on my cheek, a wooden spoon in my hand, and my grandma telling me to "stir like you mean it." Baking has been in our family for generations.
The Sweet Shift started in that same kitchen. What was tradition turned into a passion: making treats that bring people the kind of joy that interrupts your whole day in the best way possible.
Every cup, cake, and loaf is made by hand, with love, right here in Atlanta.
